Bradwin Roofing uses a 3 coat system on all of our restorations. We do not thin or water down any of our paint. The paint comes straight from the bucket onto the roof ensuring color consistency and thickness across the roof. Depending on the condition of the tiles after the cleaning process we will either use a maxi prime, sealer or high build sealer to ensure a smooth even finish. All roof penetrations and additions will be covered and taped off to eliminate overspray. Painting of your roof is a great way to transform the look of your house whilst also adding value to your property. All painting is guaranteed for 7 years.
