Re-Bedding & Pointing

Most roofs that are 10 years old or where it has been 10 years since its last maintenance works will have cracked and dislodged mortar under ridge caps and valleys. It is important to rectify this as it can cause leaks and damage to the inside of the roof. Bradwin Roofing uses flexible pointing on all of our restorations which is the latest technology in mortaring and used on all new roofs. Bradwin Roofing always does a complete re-bed and point on our restorations as the flexible pointing needs a strong clean base to adhere to for it to work effectively. Skim pointing and patching deteriorated mortar will only cause further problems in the future as the Flexible pointing will not adhere properly. All re-bedding and pointing is guaranteed for 7 years.
